Team Lead – Utilities (MIGDGO/MIG6)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to drive IT implementation projects in the Utilities sector, focusing on the MIGDGO/MIG6 market model. You will combine team management with deep functional expertise to deliver high‑impact solutions for leading energy companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team, translating business requirements into concrete work items and prioritising delivery against project milestones.
• Implement and enforce best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle, conducting regular progress meetings and risk reviews.
• Provide constructive challenge to both the team and the client to foster continuous improvement.
• Act as the functional subject‑matter expert, supporting impact analysis, reviewing functional documentation, and advising the technical team on solution alternatives.
• Mentor junior members, enhancing their functional knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Utilities sector, specifically as a Team Lead on IT‑implementation projects related to MIGDGO/MIG6.
• At least three years of functional specialization in MIGDGO/MIG6; experience in Structure and Rectification domains is a plus.
• Strong affinity for technology and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
