About the role

Accenture is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Strategy Consulting practice in Brussels starting September 2026. You will work alongside senior consultants and client leaders to address high‑impact business challenges and help shape the future direction of leading enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project and client teams to analyse complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Develop structured recommendations and insights that support C‑suite decision‑making at the intersection of business and technology.
• Contribute to the creation of thought‑leadership assets that communicate innovative, actionable strategies.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from People Leads and Practice Leads to build consulting expertise.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic record with evidence of extracurricular excellence.
• Natural curiosity and ability to thrive on intellectual challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong English working proficiency.
