Shopper Marketing Manager – Lay’s & Doritos (Benelux)

About the role

PepsiCo’s Shopper Marketing team is looking for a dedicated manager to lead shopper programs for Lay’s and Doritos across the Benelux region. You will own the full shopper marketing cycle, turning brand and channel goals into compelling in‑store and omni‑channel experiences that drive growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement insight‑driven shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities for the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Lead the end‑to‑end omnichannel shopper marketing calendar, including strategy, concept development, POSM creation, and flawless execution.
• Manage full shopper marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation, cost control, and ROI tracking.
• Execute field sales programs and collaborate with the in‑house shopper marketing support team in Poland.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (brand management, commercialization, legal, demand planning, analytics, perfect store, sales) and external agencies to secure alignment and approvals.
• Provide regular progress updates to Marketing and MU Directors, as well as global and sector teams.

Required profile

• Experience in shopper marketing, preferably within the food or consumer goods sector.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI‑focused campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
