Service Technician

About the role

Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is seeking a Service Technician to join its Service team in Belgium. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Unox equipment at customer sites across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site service and support to customers throughout Belgium.
• Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on proper equipment usage.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each intervention.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time across Belgium.
• Proficiency in English is an asset.
