Service Technician

About the role
Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is seeking a Service Technician to join its Service team in Belgium. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Unox equipment at customer sites across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site service and support to customers throughout Belgium.
- Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Train customers on proper equipment usage.
- Prepare detailed service reports after each intervention.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time across Belgium.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
