Service Support Integration Officer

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Service Support Integration Officer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will contribute to the development, implementation and review of strategic plans, policies and initiatives that underpin NATO’s communication and information technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and review of strategic plans, policies and initiatives by conducting analysis, coordinating inputs and preparing reports and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers, monitoring mitigation actions and ensuring compliance with NATO and NCIA standards.
• Collaborate with NATO International Civilians, military personnel and interim workforce consultants to align integration efforts across the agency.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for service support integration projects, ensuring delivery of secure and effective communications solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, policy development and risk management within a defence or aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with NATO or EU defence procurement processes and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior management.
