About the role

We are seeking a Service Industry Specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves conducting bilingual (French and English) conversations with AI models, measuring their progress, and creating new dialogue scenarios to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
Evaluate chatbot responses for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
Identify and troubleshoot issues to enhance model performance.
Document findings and suggest improvements for future training cycles.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and French.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferably holding a current or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
