Server Assistant – Restaurant Hospitality

About the role

The Server Assistant ensures a clean and welcoming dining environment while delivering courteous, efficient service to guests. You will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable, personalized experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes in the designated area and pull dirty plates while guests remain seated.
• Serve beverages promptly and stock bussing stations.
• Sweep floors and maintain clean stations using provided tools.
• Perform buffet set‑up and refills as needed.
• Assist with room service and support other restaurant staff, including expediting food.
• Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within an upscale environment (preferred).
• Food Handler Certification where applicable.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
