Senior Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst for a fully onsite role at its Kontich office. As Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you shape long-term supply chain strategies that ensure capacity, efficiency and resilience across the global network, supporting major business initiatives and improving planning accuracy, cost-to-serve and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Shape long-term supply chain strategies and networks covering capacity issues and production location decisions
• Support business execution of new programs, including promotions, event forecasts, new product launches and network redesigns
• Monitor sales and operations planning and cost-to-serve performance indicators, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Analyze and implement long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning
• Analyze data and methods to improve delivery of products and services to customers
• Monitor logistics processes for new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipments, deliveries and returns
• Build relationships with suppliers, distributors and other partners to streamline processes and improve accuracy

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Required skills

• Supply chain best practices, S&OP, master scheduling, inventory and warehouse optimization, demand planning
• ERP knowledge (SAP), Power BI and expert-level Excel
• Lean tools and mindset for continuous improvement
