Senior React Native Engineer (Hybrid, Vilvoorde)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join a fast‑growing Belgian SaaS scale‑up. You will build high‑quality mobile communication solutions that run on iOS and Android for major international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features in a React Native codebase used by thousands of users.
• Debug and resolve production issues on iOS and Android, adding automated tests.
• Integrate new API endpoints end‑to‑end and ensure they perform under load.
• Refactor complex components into clean, reusable modules.
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks, improving render times.
• Implement real‑time communication layers (VoIP/WebRTC) that work with Genesys Cloud.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript and React, with solid experience in React Native.
• Proficient with REST APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
