Senior Quality Manager

About the role

The Senior Quality Manager will join the Chief Quality Office in Brussels, supporting agency‑wide quality management, planning and audits. You will ensure the NATO Communications and Information Agency’s Quality Management System aligns with international standards and drives continuous improvement for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and continual improvement of the agency‑wide Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards, including ISO 9001 where applicable.
• Plan, organise and conduct quality audits, presenting findings, risks and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyse process data, audit results and performance information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, corrective actions, root‑cause analysis and process optimisation activities.
• Support the creation of quality policies, procedures, guidance, dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Provide guidance to staff and stakeholders on QMS and process‑tool requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Focal Points and internal stakeholders to embed quality practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in a related field.
• Extensive experience in quality management, audit planning and execution.
• Proven ability to work with international standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
