Senior Production Stage Manager

About the role

The Senior Production Stage Manager leads the operational, artistic, technical and administrative execution of large‑scale live shows for Dragone Group. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader ensures the creative vision is delivered safely, on time and with consistent performance quality across global venues.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational link between Artistic, Technical and Production Directors on each project.
• Develop, maintain and execute the final cue script; oversee or perform show calling for lighting, sound, automation and scenic cues.
• Create and manage comprehensive training, rehearsal, creation and performance schedules across multiple facilities.
• Design alternate show versions to address performer injury, illness or technical failures.
• Coordinate costume fittings, makeup sessions, technical rehearsals, dry techs and special events.
• Oversee performer replacements and daily cast assignments in collaboration with artistic leadership.
• Implement advanced call‑sheet systems integrated with payroll, reporting and attendance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large‑scale live productions in multinational environments.
• Proven leadership of stage‑management, show‑calling and production coordination teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, logistics and people management in live‑event settings.
