Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a globally distributed fintech team based in Belgium. You will shape intuitive web and mobile experiences for complex financial workflows, influencing product direction and user experience strategy for a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design across web and mobile, from discovery and user flows to high‑fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define problems, uncover opportunities, and deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Design scalable interfaces that simplify advanced trading and financial tasks for both novice and experienced users.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Partner with developers during implementation to guarantee design quality and seamless experiences.
• Iterate quickly in an agile environment, testing ideas and continuously improving usability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or data‑intensive environments.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, information architecture, and product thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for creating elegant, accessible digital experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining scalable design systems.
