About the role
As a Senior Key Account Manager you will drive business growth and increase market share for an international healthcare client. You will act as a consultant, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions across commercial, surgical and diagnostics environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite contacts and key decision makers.
- Identify trends, opportunities and risks within key accounts and broader networks.
- Negotiate contracts, secure favourable terms and ensure profitability.
- Lead complex cross‑functional projects at regional and international levels.
- Support team development through coaching, mentoring and proactive collaboration.
- Travel extensively across the territory, typically four days per week.
Required profile
- Strong experience in key or strategic account management within medical devices or diagnostics.
- In‑depth understanding of healthcare regulations, customer environments and compliance standards.
- Prior experience working in an operating‑room (OR) setting.
- Proven track record of sales execution, revenue growth and meeting performance targets.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel 70‑80% of the time.
