Senior IT Support Engineer – Europe

About the role

Redwire Space is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead its European IT Support Team across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. Reporting to the European CFO and working closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will ensure day‑to‑day IT operations run smoothly and support mission‑critical space projects.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up of IT activities and monitoring service levels.
• Coordinate and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Analyse recurring issues and implement structural improvements.
• Draft, maintain and follow up on IT processes and procedures.
• Align with the internal and external IT Support Team to ensure optimal collaboration.
• Work within the ISO27000 framework to maintain security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar multi‑site, hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and resilience under pressure.
