Senior Designer – Brand Operations (Liège)

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is expanding its Brand Operations team in Liège. As a Senior Designer you will create and adapt visual assets for the Belgian market, supporting CRM, acquisition, loyalty and brand campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt campaign assets for email, banners, social media, onsite, push notifications and other digital touch‑points.
• Localise multi‑market campaigns while respecting brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Ensure quality, consistency and technical accuracy of all delivered assets.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director throughout campaign execution.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Challenge briefs, propose creative solutions and improve templates, workflows and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding and digital production.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and pay great attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Professional command of Dutch and good English; French is a plus.
