About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Contracting Officer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will involve managing procurement activities for critical communication and IT projects that underpin NATO’s security and operational capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tender, evaluation and acquisition processes for NCIA projects.
- Research suppliers and markets to maintain a broad understanding of the commercial environment.
- Develop commercial strategies and sourcing plans based on market insights.
- Advise on business cases for alternative sourcing models.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing procurement, tendering and acquisition processes.
- Strong knowledge of the defence or government procurement landscape.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop sourcing strategies.
