Field Sales Representative – Retail (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to promote GIMBER’s bold, organic drinks across the Brussels retail market. You will act as the brand’s ambassador, building relationships with bars, restaurants and shops while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of retail customers, ensuring product visibility and coverage.
• Implement the GIMBER local sales strategy, creating growth opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and actively prospect new leads.
• Report sales performance and market feedback to the internal team.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• High energy and a passion for sales, with a “fire” attitude.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, especially during negotiations.
• Entrepreneurial, result‑driven and well‑organized.
• Dependable, enthusiastic and positive‑minded.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and comfortable driving a company car for customer visits.
