Senior Consultant – Financial Performance & Strategy

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to help clients redesign their finance organisations, strengthen controllership, and improve financial processes. You will work on high‑impact projects that accelerate closing, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting while leveraging data and AI insights.

Key responsibilities

• Rethink and redesign finance operating models for client organisations.
• Build strong business and financial controllership foundations.
• Regain control over the financial impact of business processes.
• Improve and accelerate closing, consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal service development and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Proven knowledge of financial strategy, closing, consolidation, reporting and finance‑process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
