Senior Analyst, Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Product Delivery team in Europe. The role focuses on building repeatable, scalable delivery models for new and complex network products, ensuring efficient and high‑quality implementation for customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategy for deploying new Network Products in Europe.
• Collaborate with Global Product Integrators, In‑Market Delivery, and Customer Implementation Services to create robust delivery models.
• Maintain and optimise delivery implementation documentation.
• Act as the knowledge centre and expert on delivery models.
• Develop Solution Definition Core and pre‑implementation packages to improve customer readiness.
• Manage projects and delivery of products/platforms, capturing lessons learned and best practices.
• Facilitate Academy training sessions (in‑person or virtual).
• Support client engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of authorisation and clearing solutions.
• Analytical, process‑driven and structured mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to dive deep into technical documentation.
• Solid project‑management experience.
