Security Analyst – Banking Key Management

About the role

We are seeking a Security Analyst to join our Key Management Delivery (KMD) team within a leading banking institution. The analyst will support the daily delivery of security services, manage cryptographic key exchanges with global customers, and ensure compliance with strict security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the exchange of cryptographic keys and related material between the bank and its customers.
• Operate security and key‑management systems in line with operational and security procedures.
• Provide technical and procedural support to internal and external customers via email and phone.
• Participate in the operational set‑up of new security services and improve the efficiency of existing ones.
• Handle secure transaction processing features such as PIN, CVC, EMV chip and PayPass cryptographic functionality.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of payment authorization systems.
• Basic understanding of IT security and cryptography.
• Customer‑service experience or background in KYC/AML.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
