School Internship – Talent Acquisition (HR Recruitment)

About the role

Join PwC’s Human Resources Recruitment team as a School Internship in Talent Acquisition. You will support both campus recruitment and experienced hiring activities, gaining hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination for junior and experienced roles.
• Schedule and organise interviews and selection days, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Participate in job fairs, campus events, and internal employer‑branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders such as Learning & Development, Marketing, Payroll, and HR Operations.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Available for a minimum three‑month school internship.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated team player with a passion for people.
• Strong organisational abilities and a hands‑on mentality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
