School Internship in Management Consulting – Fit for Growth

About the role

Join PwC’s Advisory team in Brussels for a school internship focused on the Fit for Growth service offering. You will gain firsthand insight into management consulting, supporting project teams as they help clients reimagine growth opportunities and align cost structures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team in developing the new Fit for Growth service offering.
• Support internal tasks, business development activities, and project management office functions, including financial reporting.
• Participate in client‑facing activities to understand operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Contribute to research, data analysis, and preparation of presentation materials.

Required profile

• Final‑year master student in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid school internship agreement.
• Strong interest in project management and consulting.
• Motivated to explore the inner workings of a global organization.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a team.
• Fluent in English and at least one national language.
• Available for a minimum of three months.
