About the role
AluK is seeking a SAP Business Application Support Specialist to provide first‑line helpdesk support for its SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role bridges business users, IT teams and external partners, ensuring tickets are qualified, prioritized and resolved according to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily SAP helpdesk activities, tracking incidents, issues and service requests.
- Analyse tickets from a business‑process perspective and collaborate with Local Process Owners to resolve them.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the SAP Competence Center and coordinate prioritisation with IT and external partners.
- Maintain a consolidated view of tickets and change‑request backlog, overseeing the full lifecycle of change requests.
- Update and maintain ticketing and project tools (DevOps, HALO, CELOXIS) and centralise SAP documentation on Teams/SharePoint.
- Produce regular reports on ticket volumes, SLA compliance and trends.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business support, IT coordination or ERP‑related roles.
- First exposure to SAP or ERP environments is a strong asset.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple topics in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into clear SAP tickets.
