Salesforce Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead you will orchestrate end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Salesforce transformation projects for world‑leading clients. You will work closely with strategy, consulting and delivery teams to design and implement impactful digital experiences while acting as the main liaison for senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning through go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
• Oversee on‑shore and off‑shore delivery teams, fostering coherent collaboration and timely delivery.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, risk and issue logs.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposals and scope definition.
• Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in internal initiatives to grow the Salesforce community and strengthen the delivery model.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project delivery or consulting, preferably in technology or CRM.
• At least 2–3 years in a Delivery Lead or Project Manager role on large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong client‑focus with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
• Curiosity about the latest Salesforce innovations and ability to translate them into business value.
• Team‑builder who leads by example and fosters a positive delivery culture.
