Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Hotel Barsey by Warwick is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its newly renovated boutique property in Brussels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to expand the client portfolio across corporate, MICE, social events, and F&B segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new accounts in the local area, including businesses on Avenue Louise and nearby art galleries.
• Reactivate pre‑COVID contracts and build loyalty with existing MICE clients.
• Identify and engage Belgian event agencies for new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current clients through regular follow‑ups and quarterly performance reviews.
• Organise and lead hotel site inspections and represent the brand at local social events.
• Prepare sales call reports, monthly performance reports for the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager, and evaluate ROI of sales actions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in business, management, marketing, hospitality or a related field.
• Minor professional experience in sales or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational abilities to plan and prioritise sales activities.
