Sales Director - Iberia

About the role

Nuclivision is expanding the commercial rollout of its AI‑powered PET imaging solution, Nuclarity, across Europe. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to own and grow the full sales cycle in Spain and Portugal, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CCO to refine and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Iberia.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with nuclear medicine centers and related stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical decision‑makers, articulating Nuclarity’s clinical and operational value.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from demonstration to negotiation, while keeping CRM data up to date.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and represent Nuclivision at conferences and congresses.
• Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably in medical imaging, nuclear medicine, or clinical SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in clinical environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup setting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with a BA/BS degree or higher.
• Valid driver’s license.
