About the role
Open.cx is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the bridge between market interest and revenue opportunities across the EU. You will focus on high‑quality prospecting, qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound pipeline for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads by speaking with prospects, uncovering pain points and assessing fit.
- Design and execute targeted outbound outreach to SaaS, fintech and enterprise accounts.
- Use multi‑channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to reach decision‑makers.
- Research each prospect’s tech stack, team structure and recent activity before outreach.
- Book discovery calls for Account Executives with well‑qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, sequences and collateral.
- Maintain detailed notes in the CRM, track conversion metrics and propose experiments.
- Support special projects such as event preparation, post‑demo follow‑ups and pilot feedback collection.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in SDR, inside sales or lead generation within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with executives.
- Curious, resource‑oriented and able to uncover the right contacts or angles.
- Process‑minded, data‑driven and comfortable tracking metrics.
- Adaptable to fast‑moving startup environments with frequent priority shifts.
- Resilient attitude toward rejection and a willingness to experiment.
