About the role
Panoptyc is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel outbound growth in the retail and grocery sectors. This remote position focuses on high‑volume prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a high‑velocity outreach strategy using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video to generate qualified discovery calls.
- Research and map target accounts, identifying key stakeholders such as Directors of Loss Prevention, VPs of Operations, and C‑level executives.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect pain points, budget, and authority, then hand off qualified leads with detailed notes.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM and provide market intelligence on competitors and trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging based on lead quality feedback.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and generating pipeline.
- Resilient, organized, and able to iterate quickly based on market feedback.
Required skills
- CRM usage for tracking prospect interactions.
