Sales Assistant (Student Contract)

About the role

MANGO is looking for a motivated student to join its store team in Belgium. Working 16 hours per week, you will help promote the brand, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the shop tidy and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to advise shoppers accurately.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously while ensuring high service standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive store image, including tidying, organizing, and replenishing stock.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable but not mandatory.
