Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The LEGO Group is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to support store operations and lead Sales Associates. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) to ensure smooth daily activities and a high‑standard shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM with holiday planning, attendance tracking, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues in line with LEGO policies.
• Order store and office supplies while respecting budget guidelines.
• Ensure cash‑handling procedures are followed by all team members.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor to meet loss‑prevention targets.
• Support the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation.

Required profile

• Experience supervising retail staff and coordinating store schedules.
• Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
