About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to provide front‑office support for a leading financial regulatory organization in Brussels. The role is full‑time on a three‑month fixed‑term contract, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception desk.
- Receive, filter, and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and preparations.
- Support administrative activities including mail processing, document handling, and delivery distribution.
- Provide general facility and office support as needed.
Required profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist or front‑office role.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
- Willingness to work shifts and provide coverage between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM.
