QMS Specialist

About the role

Sabca is looking for a QMS Specialist to join its aerospace engineering team in Brussels. You will help develop, implement and maintain the company’s quality management system in line with EASA PART‑21 regulations and the Safety Management System (SMS). The role supports multiple sites and ensures that quality processes meet the highest safety and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EN9100, ISO 14001 and EASA PART‑21 (including PART‑145 where applicable).
• Develop, monitor and audit the Safety Management System (SMS) under EASA PART‑21G.
• Define and maintain common quality tools and documentation across the organization.
• Conduct internal and external audits, evaluate system effectiveness and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training on the quality system and support staff in Brussels, Lummen and Casablanca.
• Identify field issues, propose improvements and drive continuous improvement of QMS/SMS.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or quality management.
• Proven experience with aerospace quality systems, EASA regulations and EN9100/ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong audit and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and communicate technical requirements clearly.
