Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join ARGON Measuring Solutions, a leading provider of metrology services for the wind energy sector. The role involves executing critical projects, designing customized measurement solutions and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Own parts of project execution, including measurement strategy, programming and automation of measurement programs.
• Design, engineer and test measurement solutions to meet client specifications.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by translating customer needs into project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Communicate progress regularly with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to improve project quality, processes and measurement services.
• Drive innovation and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering, electromechanics, energy or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Background or technical expertise in metrology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Team‑oriented, proactive “can‑do” attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈30 %).
