Medior Mould Engineer

About the role

As a Medior Mould Engineer you will lead multiple mould engineering projects across development, engineering and production, from specification to final delivery. You will use your technical expertise to optimise processes, support product development and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and coordinate mould engineering and feasibility projects, supporting product development, quality improvement and performance optimisation.
• Define action plans, manage budgets and investments, coordinate stakeholders and ensure delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
• Analyse and resolve mould engineering issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement sustainable improvements.
• Monitor advances in mould design and injection moulding technologies and maintain an external expert network.
• Maintain technical documentation in compliance with company quality standards and ensure adherence to safety, health and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer or equivalent with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding engineering, processes, machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Team player with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
