Pharma Representative – Consumer Health Care (Leuven)

About the role

As a Pharma Representative for Consumer Health Care, you will be the face of EG’s OTC and supplement portfolio within pharmacies across the Leuven region. You will drive both sell‑in and sell‑out, building strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to maximise product visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote EG’s consumer health products to pharmacists in the assigned geographic area.
• Negotiate sales terms and support pharmacy staff with product training.
• Develop and execute detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Monitor pharmacist performance against plans, analyse results and take corrective actions.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively propose growth initiatives.
• Participate in team and company meetings, sharing insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Motivated, energetic and passionate (MEP) with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Alignment with EG values: Integrity, Agility, Entrepreneurship and One EG.
• Service‑oriented team player with a proven sales and negotiation track record, preferably in pharmacy environments.
• Result‑driven with the ability to monitor performance and adapt plans to changing conditions.
