About the role
BonelliErede is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner of its Brussels office. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international law firm environment, handling both business and personal matters for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support for business and personal affairs.
- Manage the Managing Partner’s diary, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting letters and emails in English.
- Arrange meetings, prepare materials and ensure smooth logistics.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues and external contacts across the firm’s global network.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior management or a similar high‑level role.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with a capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
Required skills
- Professional written communication in English.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
