OpenShift Support Engineer – Brussels

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced OpenShift Support Engineer to join its Brussels team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating OpenShift bare‑metal clusters on‑premise, ensuring they meet application requirements and service‑level expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure OpenShift bare‑metal servers, including compute, networking, load balancing, and storage.
• Administer the OpenShift Container Platform – installation, patching, application onboarding, SSL certificates, identity provider integration, RBAC, migrations, and third‑party tool integration.
• Provide 24 × 7 support and own engineering activities across the OpenShift ecosystem.
• Integrate container‑native storage solutions (e.g., Red Hat GlusterFS, Portworx, Ceph) with OpenShift.
• Manage private container image registries such as Quay, Nexus, or JFrog.
• Develop and maintain monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, including custom dashboards and queries.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer OpenShift logging solutions (EFK stack, Splunk) and integrate security tools.
• Work with Git repositories, handling pull‑request workflows.
• Operate within an Agile/Kanban environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a consulting or support role.
• Willingness to work rotating 24 × 7 shift schedules.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
