Dynamics 365 Finance Manager

About the role

Step up from senior consultant to a leadership position within PwC's Microsoft Business Applications team. As a Dynamics 365 Finance Manager you will own end‑to‑end finance transformation projects, guide a team of consultants and act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, from requirements gathering to go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Own project scope, timelines, quality and client outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Translate complex business needs into functional designs, system configurations and scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, fit‑gap analyses and solution design sessions with confidence.
• Configure core Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets), manage data migration, integrations, testing and UAT.
• Introduce AI‑native finance capabilities such as Copilot, agent‑based automation and AI‑driven close processes.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative one‑team culture.
• Support business development activities, client relationships and practice growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller ERP projects.
• Strong finance functional knowledge (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets).
• Excellent analytical skills to solve complex business challenges.
• Working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
