NextGen Leadership Program – 2‑year Rotational Role

About the role

This two‑year paid program is designed to fast‑track future leaders within Q8. Participants rotate through three core departments—Commercial & Innovation, Finance & Procurement, and Transformation & Technology—spending eight months in each. The role offers direct exposure to the energy and mobility transition in the Benelux region.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an eight‑month rotation in each of the three departments, contributing to real projects and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse market data, optimise operations, and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
• Build a professional network across Q8’s partners, including retail and mobility stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in energy, mobility, and retail transformation.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
