NATO Account Senior Manager (Europe Based)

About the role

We are seeking a NATO Account Senior Manager to act as the primary strategic liaison between our company and NATO. This remote position is based in Europe and will drive business development, manage multi‑million‑dollar defense contracts, and align our technology portfolio with NATO Joint Capability Areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy for the global NATO account.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with NATO military commands, civilian leadership, and member‑state delegations.
• Identify, qualify, and capture high‑value defense, software, and infrastructure opportunities.
• Lead responses to complex NSPA and NCIA International Competitive Bidding (ICB) requests.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver mission‑ready solutions that meet NATO standards.
• Monitor NATO defence budgets, strategic concepts, and geopolitical shifts to anticipate capability gaps.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in defence business development, account management, or military procurement.
• Active NATO Secret Personal Security Clearance.
• Deep operational knowledge of NCIA, NSPA, and NATO HQ governance.
• Proven track record of closing $10M+ deals in defence, aerospace, C4ISR, or military cybersecurity markets.
• Current residence in Europe (ideally Brussels or The Hague) and ability to travel across European NATO facilities.
• High integrity, discretion, and strong managerial and organisational skills.
