Marketing Internship – Belgium

About the role

Join Unilever Belgium as a Marketing Intern and contribute to the development of iconic brands such as Dove, Axe, Knorr and Lipton. You will work within a dynamic marketing team, gaining hands‑on experience on brand strategy, innovation launches and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in executing brand plans and communication assets.
• Assist with brand innovation projects, including market launches and brand relaunches.
• Conduct strategic, market and consumer analysis, as well as category analysis.
• Perform digital analyses and help manage social media channels.
• Help design and implement brand activation activities, including in‑store and customer events.
• Coordinate with local markets and manage project timelines.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (ideally 6 months) at 35+ hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Creative, proactive, team‑player with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and with diverse teams.
