Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at a fast‑paced agency, you will bridge complex MarTech strategy with hands‑on execution. You will design, build, test and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys for multiple brands, working directly with clients to deliver data‑driven, hyper‑personalised campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary MarTech consultant for clients, advising on best practices, data structures and campaign optimisation.
• Design, configure and launch complex automated, omnichannel journeys within clients' marketing stacks.
• Set up segmentations, data filters and dynamic content blocks to ensure personalised messaging.
• Plan and execute A/B testing, analyse performance metrics and present insights to clients.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters and client teams to ensure seamless alignment.
• Use HTML/CSS to fine‑tune email templates for flawless rendering across devices.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms.

• Experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
