Content Marketer – Email & Web Content Specialist

About the role

Merchery is looking for a Content Marketer to own all email communications and website content. You will work closely with the Content & Growth Managers to turn expertise into engaging copy that drives clicks and supports the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write and launch email campaigns for acquisition and retention, including newsletters tailored to regions, demographics and lifecycle stages.
• Maintain CRM health: manage workflows, lists, properties, templates and ensure deliverability.
• Run A/B tests on email components to continuously improve CTAs, messaging, timing and formats.
• Update website pages, create new landing, case‑study and category pages, and ensure content aligns with SEO strategy.
• Localise website content for main regions and translate materials as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams, incorporating product updates, seasonal trends and best‑sellers into communications.

Required profile

• Generalist marketer comfortable working at the intersection of sales, marketing and product.
• Data‑centric with a strong eye for design and execution.
• Excellent research, writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive collaborator who can work hand‑in‑hand with content managers and other stakeholders.
