Manager SAP Solution Architecture

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager SAP Solution Architecture to lead the technology component of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program. This multi‑year transformation will harmonise seven ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA instance, modernising the end‑to‑end pharmaceutical supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the SAP solution architecture for the Transcend program across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, order management, finance and data domains.
• Collaborate with functional experts to translate business requirements into technical designs and integration patterns.
• Drive the implementation and integration of SAP S/4 HANA modules, ensuring alignment with global standards and data strategy.
• Provide governance, technical guidance and risk mitigation for all SAP‑related deliverables.
• Lead a team of architects and consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP solution architecture and large‑scale ERP transformations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life‑science sector.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
