Managed Services Lead

About the role

You will own the full lifecycle of delaware Belux’s Managed Services portfolio, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction across Belgium and Luxembourg. This senior position blends delivery excellence, commercial accountability, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Managed Services contracts, acting as the main escalation point for clients.
• Govern SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting, turning insights into concrete actions.
• Own P&L for the contract portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and margin management.
• Build, manage, and inspire a team of service managers, functional consultants, and support engineers, collaborating with offshore and near‑shore delivery centers.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and service contracts.
• Partner closely with sales and presales to evolve go‑to‑market strategy.
• Develop long‑term trusted relationships with stakeholders from IT operations to C‑level.
• Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within the client base.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex managed services or outsourcing contracts.
• Proven track record of delivering service excellence and driving growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
