Senior Solution Architect – Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will design and deliver end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning solutions for global industry leaders. You will own the process from concept through implementation, lead design workshops and ensure high‑quality delivery in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an integrated planning cycle across OMP supply‑chain modules.
• Conduct design sessions with customers to understand planning challenges and shape solutions.
• Drive technical realization of projects from start to finish, collaborating with project teams and customers.
• Gather ideas from implementations to support future product development.
• Guide and mentor OMP lead consultants throughout project phases.
• Communicate technical and functional designs to business, technical, and management stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites regularly (up to 20% of time) while remaining part of the internal delivery team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years experience implementing supply‑chain planning software (e.g., OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP).
• 3+ years experience designing advanced planning solutions.
• Broad technical knowledge of solution configuration, coding, cloud, data integration and mathematical optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous learning mindset.
