Maintenance Technician (Flexi)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our team on a flexible basis. You will ensure that hotel facilities, equipment, and premises remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance tasks.
• Carry out minor repairs such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general handyman work.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.
• Liaise with external contractors for specialist repairs.
• Support setup and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events and operational needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
