M&A Real Estate Tax Senior Expert

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Expert to lead M&A Real Estate Tax engagements in Brussels. You will advise clients on complex tax implications of mergers, acquisitions and related transactions, while shaping tax‑efficient structures that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tax consequences of M&A and real‑estate transactions and develop optimal tax structures.
• Provide end‑to‑end tax advice throughout deal lifecycle, including post‑deal integration.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold PwC’s technical standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in M&A tax, preferably within real‑estate contexts.
• Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link system components and identify opportunities.
