Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a specific client project. In this fixed‑term position (6‑7 months), you will oversee daily logistics operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to the efficient distribution of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all logistics processes, from order entry to invoice control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare offers and price calculations aligned with customer contracts.
• Identify logistics issues and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Generate performance and cost reports for customer‑related activities.
• Maintain communication with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, quality, and productivity targets.
• Oversee storage, retrieval, and inventory tasks, scheduling equipment as needed.
• Monitor team time, vacation, and workday activities to align with Crane policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
